In order to further strengthen legal publicity, education and service worker of migrant workers, and help migrant workers learn and master more legal knowledge, enhance their legal sense, consciously abide by laws and maintain their rights and benefits according to law, Sichuan Province Lawyers Association and provincial direct branch united with nearly 10 law firms and launched “Law Popularization Publicity- Love Outreach of Legal Services” activity in Human Resource Market of Jinjiang District on February 4. Tahota Law Firm assigned full-time lawyer Shuping Li to take part in this legal publicity activity.

Staff of Sichuan Province Lawyers Association distributed relevant materials to migrant workers, including 30 Questions for Legal Aid Knowledge, Legal Aid Regulations of the State Council, Legal Aid Regulations of Sichuan Province and Women Legal Aid Service Manual on the spot. Also, the passion of migrant workers on the spot was fully mobilized through award-winning legal knowledge quiz. They took part in interaction actively and thus created a strong site atmosphere.

Lawyer Shuping Li from Tahota answered various questions raised by the migrant workers at the publicity and consulting point. In particular, he answered problems worried by migrant workers such as labor contract, wages and medical insurance in an easy-to-understand way and patiently solved doubts of migrant workers coming to consult as well as actively publicized relevant laws and regulations involving safeguarding of rights and interests of migrant workers and labor guarantee to them and introduced channels for migrant workers to safeguard rights and interests in a detailed way.
